I have really bad patches on my arms and some days I use a mixture of lac hydrin five & hydrocortisone cream and it works great. I did have problems on my face, but the lac hydrin did work for me (when all others had failed!).
I wouldn't really do this to my face very often, but I use a "home made" exfoliator on my arms of olive oil & sugar. I find the olive oil really refreshing. Baby oil is the same kind of "relief".

My Mood: Points: 22,889.86 Bank: 0.00 Total Points: 22,889.86 | Something natural might do the trick, but I had dry skin patches for years and they were so annoying. I started using Pond's Dry Skin Cream and it took about a year, but I haven't had those dry skin patches in years. I put it on immediately after I shower or wash my face, so my skin is always moisturized!! Hope you find something that works!
