I just joined the board, and am starting the IR diet tomorrow (picking up the book in a few hours) so I don't know if this recipe is 'bad' or not. Maybe you'll need to eat something with it to balance it out or something.
In a container mix
1 C instant coffee ( I use decaf)
1 C splenda
2 C non-dairy creamer
1/2 C cocoa powder
1 tsp cinnamon (opt.)
Pour 1 C of water/milk in the blender, add ice (1 cup) blend, when its the consistency you want, add 2 scoops (like come in coffee cans) to the blender. I love them.
