It's a UK drug looks like, similar to progesterone but synthetic. I haven't heard of anyone taking it.

hi, sorry only just seen this post I tried duphaston years ago. It was terrible- my periods were even heavier, and more painful that usual. Sorry. But as pcos is different for each lady, hopefully you will be ok with it.
