I would really appreciate any info on this condition particularly anyone that suffers with it and in the UK! I have done some searches and can't see a specific topic on it.

Everything that comes up on Google is quite brief and not that thorough, it just states the symptoms and cause, not longterm effects/help.

Some of my symptoms including excruciating pain is not listed as a major problem related to it although my GP has said she thinks it is this 'DUB'. I will have an internal examination next week for an official diagnosis.

Particularly I'm interested in the long term consequence of it as I want to have children soon and am really worried

Any feedback appreciated.
