Follow the directions on the bottle. If it recommends two tablets after a meal, you do just that. Since you are on cd3 you can take the first dose this afternoon and take the other days doses in the am. On the timing... if you start today on cd3...take it each morning through cd7. That will make 5 days. If you start on cd4, take it through cd8.

I forgot the brand info. I gave the some tablets in the bottle to a co-worker. I think it was Shiff brand. Try not to worry about the brand as long as it says soy protein isolate, soy isoflavones, or soy isolate you sure be just fine!

Hey Lilleve:
I am not doing too well. I completely lost it today and literally cried my eyes out. My doctor does not take my insurance anymore so I need to find a new RE. It took such a lon g time to find him that I am so distressed by this. On top of this I am still dealing with not being pregnant last cycle with all those symptoms. I dont know where to begin to find a RE. My GYN does not do OB so I need a doctor for trying to get pregnant.
