I am on my 6th cycle of Clomid with two breaks (between cycle 3 and 4 and 5 and 6). Today is CD 8. On CD 6 around 6 pm, I had what felt VERY MUCH like an ovulation pain. I kind of dismissed it then the next morning (CD 7), I noticed creamy CM - this seemed odd because Clomid usually dries me up and it was earlier than normal for me to have CM. I did an OPK and I got two lines, same color. This morning, MORE CM (more creamy, white in color) and the OPK gave me a faint test line and a dark reference line.

Now, I realize there can be false positives however, given the pain and the CM, I am seriously thinking I ovulated early. I also chart and my temps have never been as high as they are compared to the last 8 cycles at this time in my cycle. Any thoughts are most appreciated!!!

Possibly ovulation. I ovulated on day 9 with my daughter. Who knew. I'm glad we were "active" or I would have missed it. I always liked do my temps because it gave me extra information about what was going on. Best of Luck!

This is good to hear, because my temp chart seems to be showing an ovulation on Day 11 with my current Clomid cycle, and I was wondering if anyone else experienced this.

However my CM doesn't seem to be matching up with the temperature dip, as it's only just gone egg-white now and it's three days after the temp dip. My poor husband is not feeling well and I don't know whether to ask him to "perform" again tonight because my mucous has changed, or whether I shouldn't bother because the temp drop has already happened.

Yes, the poor man did manage it in the end, but it wasn't too pretty! Temps are still up so we'll see.

Well, just reporting in. I think it was definitely an early ovulation as the temp chart was picture perfect with a day 11 dip. However, I didn't get pregnant.
