 Early period...Maybe TMI
My new dr. put me on prometrium for the first ten days of each month, and avandia and spiro. Well, the first go round of prometrium was ok. My took a couple weeks to come, but it did come. Then when I'm in the middle of my next round of prometrium my period starts a couple days into it. It's day six of this period and the cramps and bleeding have not slowed down. I blood is bright red and has a different kind of smell. I don't know if that matters, but the cramps are like they usually are in the beginning.
I have a follow up with my dr. next week, so I'll address all this then assuming it doesn't take a turn for the worse. I've gotten dehydrated, my iron got low, and my blood pressure was pretty low for me.
I'm not really worried, just wearied. This happened about two years ago, and it got so bad that I started passing out at random times.
