Early PT Tx and pimples?

Okee, when I was taking the round of Provera, I didn't even break out like I have been since starting PT. I read on one of the handouts that the ultrasound and the electrical stim increases lymphatic drainage, has anyone heard this and/or broken out during early tx of PT? I have only done PT one other time in my life due to a bad car accident so I can't remember. But I'm breaking out and it's not fun.
Ah things could be worse...
Just wondering..
