Default Easiest way to bring on AF?

Hey ladies. Can anyone tell me what they think is the easiest, safest way to bring on AF? This is CD 46 and last cycle was 53. My doctor has no intention of helping me in any way, except to tell me that weight loss is the cure and sending me on my way.

An intense cardio routine like kickboxing brings my own all the time. It could be the increase blood flow or the stress relieving. Works for me.

I have pretty bad asthma, and one of my triggers is excercise. I do pretty good on the treadmill and the bike. I'll have to go to the gym tonight. Thanks!

I've heard of that. I tried it before for a few days and it didn't work. I just read some threads on it and saw I have to take it 1-2 weeks. I've still got some, I think. Thank you!

truly, 3 things have helped me the most.. i hadnt had normal periods in 5 years (and i'm only 23 so.. thats a while). but i've had 3, count 'em 3 whole periods allll by my self. yay! lol. the #1 thing for me actually waS weight loss. 51 lbs, and still counting. the #2 thing for me is exercise. i don't do a lot of it, cuz i just freakin hate it so much, but i do do it, and it does help. and #3 is stress relief. the only reason i had it 5 years ago (because before then, i didn't have it for about 1.5 years), is because i went out of the country for 5 months, and allllllllll the stress left my body. the reason for me personally that i stopped getting it, in addition to some other factors for sure, was also stress. i realized that stress does a NUMBER on my body, and if i can live a more stress-free life, i seriously should, for my health anD my sanity. :o) good luck!

Well I would say low carb has worked for me, but I am planning on putting a low carb diet together with exercise and some herbal remedies this time around.

I would find another doctor.

I agree, get a new doctor. My old doctor treated me that way. When I said I thought I had PCOS, he got angry and said, "Are you in constant pain?" and when I said "No", he said, "Then you DON"T have pcos!"
Jackass!

Find a doctor that is a woman and try the NPC again.

Thanks guys. I used the NPC for a week, but I didn't even get to stop it because my "period" came on CD 53, just like last month. I say "period" because it was 3 days of spotting SOMETIMES when wiping, never on pad, and then it was over. ::

I have a question about natural pro cream. I was using it and it was working great and then i stupidly stopped. Now i haven't had af in a few months, can i just restart taking the cream? Before i started taking it on day 14. I would like to start but not sure if i can just pick it up and start anywhere.
