I am looking for some new entertaining/potluck recipes. I am tired of the usual little weiners in bbq sauce, meatballs, etc... Below is one of my favorite recipes that is always a hit. I hope to find some new ones out to try.
Buffalo Chicken Dip Ingredients: 3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 package of cream cheese 10 ounces or so of ranch dressing 10 ounces or more of Frank’s Red Hot sauce 4 cups of shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup of finely chopped celery 1 bag of Fritos scoops or tortilla chips Cook the chicken breasts and then shred the meat. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, ranch dressing and hot sauce. Once mixed, combine the chicken and then place into a large baking dish. Then add the celery and top off the dish with the shredded cheese. Cook at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until the cheese is a golden brown. You can alter this dish to add more hot sauce, cheese or you can eliminate some of the ranch dressing depending on your preference. It is an easy hit…
