Hey, my favorite dessert is vanilla yogurt (i like the fit n light - 90 calories per serving) with blueberries, raspberries, diced peaches, sliced strawberries, and topped with a little bit of granola or something crunchy .. I would put it into a clear class cup and layer the yogurt and fruit and then top it with the crunchy something and let your guests mix it up. At least it will look pretty and it's pretty healthy if you dont' mind a little bit of sugar, but what's dessert without sugar??? Well hope that helped!!

I've got an easy lemon mousse recipe that I mix with berries like a trifle - but no pound cake. It's really simple: 3/4 cup heavy cream, 3 T sugar (or sugar substitute), 1/4 lemon juice, 1 t lemon extract (optional, taste it halfway through whipping before adding this), 1 t vanilla.
Put it all together and whip it up. I like mine tart, so I've cut the sugar from the original recipe, but it can be experimented with. I layer it in goblets with strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries. This recipe probably makes enough for 4 if you go light on the cream layers.
