Easy to make, Weight Watchers Ice Cream Sandwiches These are yummy, cheap, and easy to make so I thought I would share the recipe....
Just get a box of Low Fat Chocolate Graham Crackers and break one whole cracker into two pieces, take fat free whipped topping and put it on one cracker, top with other cracker and freeze! Viola!
A Variation is to take the whipped topping and add some fat free/sugar free pudding powder mix to it to make it extra chocolaty!
(I was very skeptical that this is would be a tasty substitute to the real thing but it is actually really tasty!) Good luck!
