Thumbs up An easy and yummy dessert

Cherry Crisp:
My mom sort of made it up as she went along so I'm not sure about the measurements, sorry. Take a small casserole dish and fill it half way with cherries (cut up, pits removed). Then mix together oats, flour (I use whole spelt, you could probably use protein powder), splenda to taste, some cinnamon and butter, enough to fill the rest of the casserole dish. The consistency should be like apple crisp topping, not totally dry, but not stuck together either. Put in oven of 375 for approx. 20 minutes (not sure about that time, check it to make sure). It's sooo good, and pretty healthy for a dessert since it has no sugar.
