I've been to lazy to pick up my triamcinolone for a few weeks and thought I came up with a good solution, right after the shower, I was putting baby oil mixed with aveeno baby severe dry skin---and it was helping a bit....

Finally broke down and picked up the triamcinolone and overnight my elbow areas that has been enflamed for weeks looks perfect! Well okay not perfect---but night and day. I hate using the steroids though and they are supposed to be bad for the skin with prolonged use.

What solutions have you come up with?

Do you know that cause of your Eczema? Personally the two times I got it were totally related to stress. Once I eliminated the stress it went away and never came back. Another thing that I found useful is Rescue Cream, it stopped the itching and helped with the healing.

I think I get it from a variety of reasons, stress, secret deoderent (which I recently used in a bind---bad choice, should have just smelled), cold weather, hot weather, etc....How does one totally eliminate stress from their lives?
