Default effectiveness of BCP???
Okay...so...we decided to try sex without condoms yesterday (Sunday)...it was great, but now I'm freaked.

I take my pill religiously every day, around the same time, blah blah...he didn't ejaculate inside of me (NO WAY IN HELL WAS I LETTING THAT HAPPEN) but of course, I know there's pre-ejaculate and that contains sperm. I'm due for AF on either the 16th or 17th...and today is the 7th...so I THINK I'm out of the "danger zone."

I also know that being overweight makes BCP less effective.........

I know I'm probably okay, but I'm still worried a little...should I call my dr. in the morning?

I did talk to a friend who works in women's health and she thinks I'll be fine. All of the reading I've done has led me to believe that I should be okay, as well.

If you take your pill religiously, don't worry about it. It's when you don't take it properly that thigns get crazy. I've got a friend who is thin as a rail, and takes her pill at the exact same time every single day, AND they use condoms to boot, becuase they absolutely do not want kids. Little excessive if you ask me!

I think you will be fine. Like stated previously as long as you are careful with taking your pills at the same time you should't have any worries. So have fun and stop worring or you will be just borrowing trouble.

LOL I always worry about EVERYTHING!

Thanks KimberlyHeidi for the extra reassurance, lol. I think I posted this question in 3 different places on SC, just to cover my bases.

Anyway...I'm not sick, I am not on any antibiotics, I'm not throwing up and I don't have diarrhea, I take my pills EVERY DAY and ON TIME.

So I guess I should be okay? That little voice in the back of my mind needs to get laryngitis, I swear.

your fine,,, i know for my self that even when i went off the pill to ttc,, (didn't know i had PCO yet)... I was not ovualting, and this was for 8 months... so pill or know pill i could not get preg,, which is the case with most cycters,, we usually have to work to get preg.
