Default Electric Razors

Hi cysters

I have to shave my neck everyday now as the hair growth is coming in faster then it used to. Due to this the skin under my neck has become very dark and has lots of bumps. I cannot let anyone apart from my immediate family see me without covering my neck with make-up. Does anyone know if an electric razor will give as close a shave as a normal razor and if they redce the incidence of shaving bumps. Can anyone recommend a good one?

For a start, don't use any of the "women's" razors if you're shaving every day. They're really designed for legs and underarms, anyway.

Of the men's electric razors, the least irritant are the Norelco models (Philshave anywhere outside the US). But make sure you first use one that the hair is really short. The models near the top of the range are usually better.

What do you do about the rest of your face? It's unusual to have a havy growth of hair on the neck without any on the moustache, chin or sideburn areas.
