Lemonade Ladybug

Has anyone had this?

Electric shocks in my legs...they aren't painful. Just weird. I have had 3 in the past 24 hours... before that, mmmmm...maybe 15 all together. It is like the sensation of holding on to an electric fence, only less intense. It's on different parts of my legs. I just can't explain it.

I know it's a symptom of premenopause. I haven't been diagnosed with THAT but my doc is thinking about that for me since I have been having hot flashes like crazy. They have lessened with the herbs I am on though...

I don't know much about it, but have youheard of restless leg syndrome? It's a relatively new term, and some new treatments have come on the market recently. It might be something worth looking into.
