Question Electrolysis for large areas - advice on time period please!

Hi,

I had electrolysis in an attempt to clear the hair which covers all of my lower back, abdomen and middle chest. It is quite light, but in a male-ish pattern and I hate it!

I went once a week (for an hour) for a year, and the smallish areas I was having treated are a lot clearer now. However, although electrolysis definitely works permanently, I still have a long way to go and 1hour a week is not fast enough for me.

I would like to know if this is the usual speed it takes for this procedure and approximately how long it would take to clear the whole of these areas if i went everyday for an hour.

Can anybody help me?

I did electrolysis forever and it did help some, however, I got instant results once I was on BCPs and Metformin. Basically, it was all gone in one treatment. I plan on going on Spiro sometime in the next year and do it again for all of the new hairs that have come in since then.

I couldnt stand being on Metformin or BCPs, so I gave up medications a couple years ago. I have been going in to get Electrolysis for about an hour a week for the past month, for my chin, upper lip, and sideburns. There is some difference, but not as much as I was expecting. It seems that the hairs regrow, although thinner, and need to be zapped again and again before they die. So, its going slow. I was hoping I could stop shaving and plucking my face by this summer, but I dont know if that will happen. I have also given up the idea of doing large areas (I would love to do my legs), it would take years.
