 electrolysis or laser?
Hello all. I am new here. I've been suffering from excess hair since i was about 12 years old. That's when i started shaving (EVERYTHING) so i got it pretty bad. I am 21 now and I went to the ob/gyn last week, and i pretty much knew about PCOS and had been coming to this board reguarly. And without me even having to mention to the doctor about it she gave me a pamthlet about it and I have to get my blood work done tomorrow and my next appointment is april 15th and then i guess she will confirm it and tell me about the meds and bcp...but anyways...
I have been getting electroysis for about a month now and i can really tell a difference and everything and it is GREAT! BUT...i feel that i can do better with laser because it's just so much hair (facial) i have like a man's beard and think that it will work much faster if i do laser and just finish up things later with electrolysis just sitting there for 2 hours every week is just horrible and i work nights so most of the time i'm just so tired. i am african american i have light brown skin and dark hairs...do you ladies think i should switch or continue with electroylsis (that is after i get everything straight after the blood work) i have another appointment (electroylsis) friday but i guess i'm going to cancel it until i figure something out.
