All the women have waxed many other people before and have seen it all (truely!).
I had a friend who did a beauty therapy course (she never went on to actually make it a career though...) and she said when they are waxing, they are looking at the hair itself and the direction it grows, the don't see the hair in the same context as we do when we look at ourselves.
You have a right when you pay for a service to get a quality service, so speak up before they begin and ask that you would rather they waxed in silence if that will make it easier on you! Otherwise take charge and lead the coversation, talk about the weather or current affairs. It will be over in no time!
