Embarrassing, but WOW!

Heres the history - my husband and I have been married for 3 years and my last ovulation was Sept of 2006...... on Sunday I had my first OPK since then turn almost positive and Monday it was DEF positive but I was still questioning if it was real or not....

Ok, so last night.... my DH and I are playing around, you know, getting a little frisky, about to BD, when he stops and says, "thats weird. What is that?" and he moves his finger around....

I said, "thats my cervix..."

He said, "it feels weird"

I said "what do you mean?" (Hes been doing this for 3 years now, why is it any different now?)

He said, "well, its like this" (and he uses his hands to demonstrate what position everything is in, and tells me that he found my cervix "opening and that its like it was hiding way up under there and it was really squishy and its normally like a hard ball."

SO I did some research on Cervic Positions and he explained that it was High Soft and Open which means I was ovulating!!!!! Anddddd my temp went up .5 degrees this morning!

I think I really DID ovulate and my husband helped it to be confirmed!!!

So theres really 2 reasons I shared this with you all.... LOL.... 1) I thought it was hilarious 2) is anyone else familiar with cervix positions? Ive never checked it before so im not too sure if im correct or not, but i think i am and any input would be appreciated!

My chart is in my signature if you wanna see the temps.....

This is my first round of Clomid (50 mg) and I hear that it happens often of women getting false positives when taken too close to medication, but would the cervix do that also if it was a false positive?

Any info would help tremendously!!!!!

Do you think Im ovulating? Or have ovulated? Anything? LOL....

Did you notice any ewcm? that's supposed to be the clear sign that O is there.
There have been lots of posts on here about this with some links to websites (not for the faint of heart or stomach).

Yes I had lots of signs of fertile cm.... Thurs was W, Fri was EW, Sat and Sun was C, and yesterday was W again

I'd say you O'd! Hopefully you caught the egg and will get a BFP in a few.

Just for future reference, I don't know about Cervical positions, but I do know about the BBT. On my first Clomid cycle (50mg), there was no temperature change even though my cervical mucus changed. I didn't ovulate that cycle. So...if your cervix did what you read about and then your temperature rose, that is a very good sign. Best of luck with TTC!

Well I realize when my cervix is soft I guess, it hurts a little when we're in BD mood..... but to me it sounds like you were/are definitel Oing/O'd.

Good Luck...I hope you do get your BFP but even if you don't O'ing is half the battle.

REALLY?!?!?!?!? awesome!!! Oh I am soooo excited that you all think I did O!!!! I mean, i know it will be confirmed in a few days... but still.... I called my Pastor and told them I ahd a praise report - I finally ovulated!! They laughed and Praised God with me! Oh its wonderful!!!!!!

I'm a real girl!!!!!

It sure sounds like you did from all your signs. You are probably not going to be able to tell from your chart though. It looks like if you did O that your temp hasn't gone above your pre-O temps yet. My temps are always high while I'm taking the clomid though. To be sure, I would ask your doctor to do a progesteron test on 7 DPO. Most doctors will say anything above 5 is ovulatory and for a medicated cycle like to see it above 10-15. Good luck!
