I have a bigger clitoris hood and I am self conscious about it. It is about 1 inch in length. however, the clit itself is small/average.
The clit hood is very visibile and I hate that. I'm glad I found this post, because maybe it will help me feel more comfortable about it. My husband doesn't mind it, but sometimes I wonder if he's thinking "oh my gosh, that is huge". Especially since when having sex it gets larger.
Uhm... mine lookes nothing like the pics the ladies posted it's like 10x bigger and... i guess the whole hooha in general looks very 'childlike' i can't explain... it just looks like it did when i was like 5 but with the addon of puberty... is it because im obese?

The most probable reason is high testosterone and low estrogen so that you haven't had the feminizing influence of puberty on your genitals. There are no disadvantages at all to that and many advantages -- it makes for a very neat, clean layout and guys always seem to like a bigger clitoris.
Hah, im too chicken to post pictures, well i am at the moment because I am fighting with the National Health Service (NHS) to get laser treatment, i have to leave the hair on my legs as I've had to take pictures and show them at consultation meetings, which I have one next week!!
It doesn't look like a clean lay out, the lips don't even look like lips they look so squidgy! =[
when i remove all the hair with my cool magic cream i might post some pics if i have the guts like all these ladies!

And testosterone levels are usually a lot higher among national-level athletes than among women in general, so it's decidedly probable that their clitores were likely to be larger than average. Did you find that your periods were less frequent or stopped during training?

It's a win-win situation. I can't think of any downside to a large clitoris other than that if it's very large and gets erect when you get sexually excited, it can show through a swimsuit.

Agreed -- especially those who have felt that theirs were a bit different from the average. There's a very wide range of genital configurations.

Don't let hairy legs stop you -- I should think that every one of us would have that if we didn't shave them. And some of us don't actually shave our legs.
Are the NHS really considering laser treatment for your legs? I do know someone in the UK who got her beard removed under the NHS, but it was just her beard they did, nothing else.

You don't need to remove the hair before taking pix -- you could even do a "before" set and later post an "after" set.
