I'm hoping to start using emerita progesterone cream (if any ladies are using this particular brand, please let me know how it is or has worked for you or if you can recommended a better brand. Also, does it smell horrible?), vitex (if anyone is using this please let me know how you're taking this or if you're following the instructions on the bottle).
Also, has anyone heard or or used Dr. Colin's Ferti-Boost Program? I found it while I was searching for a local pharmacy. Here's a bit of information from the site for ladies interested in knowing more. I'm tempted to try it, but I'm not sure if I want to spend $189 just yet. The only place I found it is at CVS pharmancy. There is a forum on the website, but I'm a bit skeptical as it seems everyone on there lives in South Africa. There aren't many people on there talking about using the program or how it has helped them. If anyone tries it, please post back your opinion.

Ferti-Boost™ is a natural hormone regulating and stimulating formula for the treatment of male and female infertility.
One Ferti-boost™ pack comprises a month's course for one man and one woman. Ferti-boost™ is designed to be used over a three to six month period. Ferti-boost™ takes the form of a packaged set of six separate medicines, three each for the man and for the woman. The products contained in a Ferti-boost™ pack include a Homeopathic formula (x2), a Chinese Herbal formula (x2) and a Western Herbal formula (x2). Ferti-boost™ is designed to help aspiring parents suffering from "Unexplained Infertility Syndrome" where more aggressive therapies are not indicated. Prior to Ferti-boost™ becoming available to the public, people were forced to take more dramatic measures, as there were very few viable alternatives available to them. Assisted fertility techniques such as IVF, GIVT and IXI, which can be effective in certain cases, are often too drastic in the context of mild to moderate infertility, such as "Unexplained Infertility Syndrome". Ferti-boost™ has proved to be effective in the treatment of "Unexplained Infertility Syndrome", endometriosis, polycystic ovarian syndrome and male infertility. In addition, there has until now been very little treatment available for male infertility. However, clinical tests have shown that Ferti-boost™ can greatly improve sperm count, morphology, motility and viscosity. Ferti-boost™ has no known adverse side effects, and has been designed as a holistic treatment, which also has added general health benefits. Ferti-boost™ helps to fill an obvious gap in the existing treatment of infertility, and we believe will help many aspiring parents to realise their dreams of becoming parents. Ferti-boost™ works on 5 levels 1.Ferti-boost™ stimulates the body's natural ability to produce and regulate the hormones necessary for healthy reproductive function:
Oestrogen - for follicle and egg development and laying down the endometrial lining
Progesterone - for maturation of the endometrium and sustain the pregnancy; precursor to both oestrogen and testosterone.
Testosterone - for maturation and production of health good quality sperm and production of oestrogen
LH - pituitary hormone for the release of the egg from the follicle at the time of ovulation and the stimulation of the follicle to become the corpus luteum; stimulation of the interstitial cells of the testicle for the production of testosterone
FSH - brain hormone that stimulates the production of both follicles and sperm
2. The homoeopathic medicine in Ferti-boost™ aids the ability of the reproductive tissues to respond appropriately to the hormones when they are present in the blood stream, and to regulate correct feedback controls.
3.Ferti-boost™ prevents the negative effects that stress has on the reproductive function by reducing the levels of physiological cortisol to:
prevent a drain on the progesterone levels, and therefore the testosterone and oestrogen levels
normalise the blood sugar levels as the insulin cortisol ratio is brought under control to prevent insulin resistance often seen in polycystic ovarian syndrome
4. Chinese Herbal medication helps to re-balance the physiological system involved in the manufacture of blood and Qi of the "kidney" and "spleen" systems. These systems determine egg and sperm quality, as well as nourish the uterus. If improved, the uterine circulation and ability to make the proliferating endometrium can then convert into the secreting endometrium capable of supporting implantation. "Liver blood stagnation" is prevented, which in turn helps prevent the congestion and oestrogen dominance associated with endometriosis formation.
5. Western Herbal and naturopathic medicine provide the nutrients necessary for the building of sperm endometrium and eggs. They also provide essential nutrients such as the vitamins, minerals, and amino acids necessary for the production of eggs and sperm.
The combined consists pack consists of three bottles of tablets each for men and women:
Homoeopathic formula
Chinese Herbal formula
Western Herbal formula
Most people will notice positive changes within the first month, such as improvements in well-being, energy levels and menstrual cycles. Ferti-boost™ is recommended as a three to six month program as the body takes time to regulate, and sperm take seventy-two days to be manufactured from stem cells to mature sperm. For women, Ferti-boost™ is desgned to form one good quality follicle and egg per month, making sure the lining of the uterus responds by growing in the first half of the cycle and maturing adequately in the second half of the cycle thus creating a perfect balance.
