Testosterone seems high. Are you on metformin for your IR? Are you on an insulin resistant/low carb diet?
I can't tell how thyroid is doing because you didn't list lab ranges. For T3 and T4, we need lab ranges to figure out if they're ok. TSH seems slighly elevated (I would feel sick at that level) but AACE now says you should treat when it gets over 3, and yours is still under.
