Hi,
I am finally ready (financially and emotionally) to get serious about treating my PCOS and possibly TTC, so I'm looking for a sympathetic endo in the Winchester, VA area. Any suggestions would be awesome!

I guess it wouldnt be close to you, but Dr. Browne at Shady Grove Fertility in Fairfax, VA (right next to Fairfax Hospital) is great and was actually recommended by someone else on here when I was looking for an endo. I didnt continue seeing her as I had some complications with my health and a baby would not have been good right then but I would and will definately see her again when DH and I are ready to try again. So if you dont mind the drive, maybe you could give her a try. Another plus...she is very very knowledgable when it comes to PCOS. Good luck Lucy!

Welcome to SoulCysters!

I live near Winchester (we're practically neighbors ), but my endocrinologist is in Fairfax (near Fair Oaks hospital). I've only been to see her once, but am extremely impressed with her. She's rated as one of the "top doctors" by Washingtonian Magazine too.

She is part of a group called Northern Virginia Endocrinologists. I've also heard good things about Peter Ross of that group. She is not a reproductive endocrinologist, rather a "regular" endocrinologist. She's very smart about PCOS.

I highly recommend her! She's worth the drive.
