 Endometriosis
As of lately I've been having a lot of abdominal pain. With that pain I've been having some scattered periods. I've had 3 lenghty periods within the last month! My doctor said that because I hadn't had my period for 4 months that it would bleed off and on like that. But I'm still a little afraid. Only because after my diagnosis, I started my period..for 4 weeks. Then stopped around Valentine's day. Then shortly after Valentine's day I started up again. I had normal 5 day periods. 3 times. It was like my cycle had gone haywire. But I was on webMD and I noticed that a lot of the symptoms for Endometriosis apply to me.
Could it be possible that my doctor had be mistaken? Could it be that I have tissue growing outside my uterus rather than inside? I have a doctors appointment on Friday, but I'm in so much pain I'm going to try to get it moved earlier. I would like any feedback I could get. Thanks! |
