I too have endometriosis. It was found during the c section with my son. I am not sure how to manage all my symptoms of PCOS and Endo. It isn't fun... but I am learning

if you google pcos diet and endo diet, there's a few good sites out there


for endo, if you go to the center for endometriosis care's site, they have some good info in their articles section

also endo - resolved dot com has some good natural health suggestions

I'm sorry to hear that you've got the double whammy of PCOS and endo, hon.

I've had both since I was 17, and although it's rough at times, you will definitely learn how to cope- and excel at it. :-)

Did your OB/GYN assign a stage to your endometriosis? Although endo isn't fatal like cancer, it behaves very much like it in the sense that it will continue to spread until menopause. Thus, there are scaled stages (rated one through four) that are used to designate how much the endo has developed.
