Hey cysters!

Thanks for all of the well wishes and positive vibes. I had another pelvic exam today.....ughh! I have to have one every time I go....anyway my gyn says I still have a lot of tenderness on my uterus..he doesn't know why? Well neither do I. Anyway he isn't sure if the bleeding I had was from the endo, the Yasmin, or my surgery. So he asked if I wanted to stay on the Yasmin and I said NO.. then he says yeah the Lupron is enough for now! DUH!! Anyway he was concerned about whether I needed it to prevent pregnancy....I have been seeing him for 12 years you would think that he would remember that I had a tubal done. I decided that he was still not all the way back from his vacation in Cancun.....he had a darker tan than me and I have one year round because of my olive complexion! Anyway he sent the nurse in to do my Lupron injection.....we did it in my left hip....she told me it was going to be a big stick....I barely felt it when she stuck the needle in..........but then the burning set in.....it has been about an hour and a half and it still burns........How long does the burning last? Anyway my gyn has now decided that I need to do 6 months of Lupron instead of the 3 months we were originally going to go with! And he hopes that the Lupron helps. I only had to stay about 15 minutes, they instructed me to try and eat some lunch before the nausea sets in......I drank some chocolate milk and now I do feel sick to my stomach.

So it hasn't been so bad, I don't know why I have been so nervous about it! We will see how it works out though.

How is everyone today? There hasn't been many posts.....

Paisley,
The buring varies on how long it lasts. Sometimes my leg would tingle. Think it is b/c it was given in the hip muscle. yeah, the nausea sucks! It has been a little slow on the boards. I feel like it has been most of the week. maybe I just need to find something to do at work.

I hope the burning goes away soon! I had some stuff left for nausea when I was sick....I rubbed that on me, maybe it will make it go away!

I was thinking maybe it was because I have been on here so much the past few days. I have to enjoy it while i can.......with work and my kids back in school I,m not going to have as much time on here as I would like!

Thanks Tiggamoo! How is your day going?
