Roz-I have the IR book. My gyn recommended it and it is good. I base my eating from this book.

Lisa-You are welcome for the abbreviation help. It takes a little time to get the hang of them at first. ((Comfort VIBES)) for your owies!

Leah-Maybe AF will wait until tomorrow at least so you can be free of her for your b'day.

good morning, i think!

Well I think i am recovering from this tooth extraction! My mouth is still very sore!
I started bleeding again (sorry in to much detail) and it s heavy and full of clots, Its only being 2 weeks since the last espiode! But is it normal to have clotty blood?
I am still considering going ahead with the hysterecomy, but I will see what the dr has to say! I have the appointment on the 8th Nov but I will ring to see if I can get a earlier appointment!
IM IN SO MUCH Pain its unbelievable!

Nat is getting better, but she is still a little vomity!

Good evening, Ladies! I hope you are all having a good weekend. I figure we'll all be back around during the week. My weekend has been ok. I've enjoyed time with DH and the time spent shopping. AF is coming for a visit next week so I'm not feeling super today. I'm hurting and achy all over. I ended up sleeping during a large part of the afternoon. Hopefully, I'll feel better tomorrow.

Good morning in Australia, Lee! I'm sorry you are in pain today sweet cyster. I don't think clots with AF is all that unusual. I've had plenty of those too. Your tooth pain will ease soon I hope. I'm glad Nat is a bit better. ((((HUGS and COMFORT VIBES)))

hey there sweet things! hope this all finds you well and that you all had a wonderful, relaxing weekend. mine has been great....and AF even decided to let up on me just a bit, but she is still going strong and its the 9th day! i enjoyed an awesome day at the river with my husband and friends, and all the dogs! so nice to be in the hot sun and work some more on the tan...however, monday is almost here!

lee-hope you are hanging in there and the tooth is getting better everyday.

paisley-how are you? hope your weekend went well.

leah-how was your birthday?? cant wait to hear about it.

tigga-hope all is well with you and you feel better soon. AF can be a mean one, especially before her arrival.

Lee....I am glad that your tooth is feeling better. I am also happy that Nat is doing better! My Af's have a lot of clots in them as well. I have been told by my gyn that it was perfectly normal. I know it is hard to beleive that though. Hope it gets better for you.

BTW.....I won't get a chance to be on here until late tomorrow evening. My job has switched my schedule to 7 am all week when I usually go in at 10 am. I have a 40 minute drive to and from work as well. Until then have a good day!

hi all! Personals later, it is very late just got home, i am going to bed. my birthday was great! got some great goodies. mainly jewlery. AF held off all weekend, went to the bathroom when we got here about 15 minutes ago and had a surprise. knew it was coming b/c of shooting pains during the drive. i will give all the birthday details tomorrow. hugs to all and comfort vibes to those that need them.

Okay, There were so many posts while I was gone and I don't have the brain capacity today to do personals. I will keep up today and get personals. For now, I hope all you ladies are doing excellent!

Okay, Birthday details. I got two rings and a set of earrings from hubby that I had asked for. They are beautiful. One of the rings is a carved purple jade flower, and the other is a mother of pearl carved flower with a citrine center and two marcasite butterflies on the side. The earrings are three sets, which are carved flowers out of mother of pearl. See a trend here? I like carved jewelry, in the shape of flowers in any stone. He also took me out to eat at a Japanese Steak House, it was wonderful. Saturday we went home and went out to eat with my parents, my sister and her boyfriend. I had an ice cream cake. I got a fire opal ring from my parents, a pair of pants, and some money. My sister gave me accessories for my dog. It wasn't what I expected but I love them now. She got me a little shirt for her that says Bling Bling. It looks so cute on her. Also a plush bone that squeaks, and a bag to carry her in. On Sunday we ate dinner with his parents and Mammy. His parents gave me money and a gift certificate for a manicure/pedicure. His Mammy gave me some money. So it was a wonderful birthday.

I am sorry that I haven't done personals. AF tends to make my brain turn to mush.

Good morning Jeannie! I did hit the jackpot! Don't feel any different though, the older you get the less you do I guess. Or something. I am told that after you hit 25 it goes downhill but that will be the best time b/c I will be having babies and starting my family. Besides, I have had so much wrong at 20, 21,22, 23, that I don't think 24 or 25 can be much worse.
