Sorry I haven't posted in a while. I have been having alot of trouble opening most of the threads lately. It took me a little while to get this thread open.
I was about to panic! I love reading all of ya'll's posts! I spent time with my family all day yesterday and it was great! I love my family so much!
Leah, I am going to start working out today! I am so Motivated today! I am also trying to decide about which diet I am going to go on. Low-carb works really well for me so I will probably do that. I have the IR diet book, I need to finish reading it. Anyway Today is the start of my new life! I am so Excited! I hope you are well today!
Rozlynn, I am so happy for you! I am glad that you finally had your talk!
Tiggamoo, That is the picture I saw! Your outfit was cute too! If you have 15=20 lbs to camoflauge, I sure couldn't tell! Like I said earlier, today is going to be the start of me taking contol of my life and my health. I know that exercise always makes me feel so good! It is just hard to fit it into my busy schedule when I am working. I am going to have to figure something out though! I hope you have a good day at work today!
Mazie, I am glad you are back! I know what you mean about the pain. It is awful. I am trying not too think about it! I hope you are feeling better! I agree with the other advice that Leah and Tiggamoo gave. Those things will give you some kind of relief. I wish you well with your TTC.!
I have to check some other threads and make a list to go to the store! I will talk to ya'll later!
I know it is Monday, but I hope you all have a great day at work! It is so beautiful outside here today!

It's sounds like you had a good weekend and you deserved it! I'm glad to see you are going to get started exercising. It really encourages me to start too. I'm hopeful that if nothing else this evening I'll do some well paced house cleaning for a bit of exercise. It's waaaay to hot outside to even think of wanting to go out right now. I have a copy of the IR diet book too. I don't even think of it as a diet but more of change in how you look at eating. I've found it to be a diet that can generally be stuck to.
I'll be lurking....

I broke them up, I did I guess what you would call circuit training...I did 15 on the treadmill, 15 on the gym etc. I had to keep switching between the two of them. The treadmill was kicking my behind! Whew! Now I hope I can keep at it..I already feel sore, but I know I can work through that.
Now I just need to get my eating habits in gear.
How is everyone else doing?

Paisley! I'm so proud of you for starting your exercise. You are a wonderful inspiration! Well, have a happy Monday on a Tuesday. Maybe work won't be too rough today. Good luck staying awake. You'll need someone to !
I hope you have a very good day!
Hi Roz, Leah, and any other cysters that drop by the thread...How are you doing this day?
As for me, I didn't exercise yesterday. My left ovary, stomach muscles, and back muscles have been so uncomfortable since yesterday evening. I did try doing some stretching for those muscles. My muscles get so tight and hard so the stretching feels good. I sometimes wonder if I need some pelvic physical therapy. Has anyone ever done that? Anymoo, maybe if a stretch well, I can do some low impact sort of exercise. I really think it could help me. I'll be lurking as I can.... |

Tiggamoo, I hope you are feeling better!

As for me, the pain is back, and it is a doozy. I have the stomach probs again. Pain so bad I am nauseaus and almost throwing up. Didn't sleep well past couple of nights, and am on pain pills again. I am going to stick with the gym and maybe the stretching my muscles will help.
Tiggamoo,
I was thinking that pelvic physical therapy would help, but I can't afford a physical therapists.
Paisley,
So sorry that you are sick. Glad that you aren't sore, and so proud of you for exercising.
Rozlynn,
Hope your day is going well.
Time to leave work and go to the gym. Sorry if I left anyone out, more later. |

My Mood: Points: 1,078.00 Bank: 2,043,151.46 Total Points: 2,044,229.46 | Thanks for the well wishes. I have had a rough day. There seems to be no end to this flu! I have been running a high fever, all of my bones are hurting! I won't go into detail about the rest of it. I just called my Sister and she has it too! My nephew was sick Sunday, apparantly he has caught it from his Daycare and passed it along to the 2 of us! I hope my kids don't catch it from me!
Tigamoo, I am glad that you are feeling better. Is there any type of stretching books you could check out from the library? I know that PT's are expensive.
Leah, I am also sorry that you aren't feeling well. I would like to take one of my painpills right now, but I can't keep anything down. Maybe that will kick start my weight loss! LOL! Take care of yourself! Work out for me while you are the gym!
Rozlynn, How are you feeling?
It seems like we are all having a bad week! There has to be a light at the end though!
Take Care!

I am so sorry. Sounds a little like what I had last week. Hope you feel better soon. Thanks for the gift! I was walking all day today on my field trip. I did a short upper body workout. I will do more tomorrow and send good thoughts your way.
It does seem like we are all feeling rough this week. It will get better though. Eventually. Just have to keep our chins up. More later, going to eat supper. |

Leah, I missed you around the boards today. I figured you must of had plans. I'm sorry you are hurting so much. Rest and do whatever you can to make you feel better. I wish someone could figure out how to take the endo pain away.
Anymoo, as for the pelvic physical therapy, I think that would help so many endo cysters. I don't know if or how much my insurance would help pay the cost for therapy. I'll have to check up on that. By the way, thanks for the toast!
Paisley, thanks for the fan! I need that with the scorching hot weather lately. I'm so sorry you have the flu. I know that is so miserable. Take care of yourself and rest plenty so that flu will be gone before you know it. Will you have to postpone your dr. appointment?
Anymoo, I'll have to check into a book about stretching. That's a good idea.
Rozlynn, how are you doing this evening?
Mazie, princess, Bert, others.....check in when you get the chance!
As for me, things are about the same here with the annoying muscle issue. I'm tired but I'm hanging in there. Seems like we are all feeling kind of rough today. It will get better.<----that's what I'm telling myself.
