Is there any vitamin/supplement you all take for energy? I really need some more energy!

A high quality multivitamin & mineral is a good place to start. Magnesium is also important as it is often low in women with PCOS or insulin resistance.

Try L-tyrosine. A friend of mine is a chinese herbalist and this is what he recommended to me. I got mine at puritanspride.com. It does state on the bottle however not to use if you have kidney or liver failure. It works for me. Gives me energy without the shakes and all that bad stuff like caffeine does.

DH and I were at GNC the other day and we asked about an herbal supplement for energy. The guy recommended ginseng right off the bat. We ended up with GNC Herbal Plus Energy Formula. DH took it a couple of days and after seeing the results in him I am now taking it. You can find it on drugstore.com if you want to look up the ingredients, etc.
