Default Epilation question

Hiya ladies

I have just bought myself a new epliator and decided tonight was the night to use it i managed to do a bit of my leg with not to much pain but a little and have left it to see how my skin reacts to it.
So i have done a patch test on my chin and noticed that when the hair was being pulled i was bleeding a little from the follicle.
I wanted to ask is this normal and should it be something to worry about.
Sorry if it sounds stupid i am very new to this and wanted a bit of comfort and advice.

Thankyou much love and blessings
Suzanne

I bought an epilator and I tried to use it on my leg...but the hairs are really thick and the pain was unbearable. I also noticed bleeding. Are your chin hairs especially thick? if so I'm guessing that's normal.

My legs didn't bleed the first time (well not that I remember) but my armpits did. In fact I think they did the 2nd time as well. Bleeding or no bleeding, its the best (and most effective) thing I ever did!

My legs didn't bleed the first time either but it did hurt. When I decided to start epilating my legs I first shaved them then, I used the epilator every day after until everything was removed. It seemed less uncomfortable to use it on shorter stubble then longer hair and the Braun epilator is great! it gets everything! I never thought I would be able to tolerate the pain but after the first couple times I can't even feel it! I epilate everything from my toes to my hip. Now after a few months the hair is finally coming in lighter and lighter. Just try to keep at it..its worth it.
