my epilator must be about 6 years old. i dont think there is anything about using an epilator that is that nice. this year i started epilating my face and it works well for me, but today boy did it hurt left my face stinging prob didnt help that i have an outbreak of acne.

so questions....anyone tried that epilater with the cooling ice thing on it????i saw it advertised a while back cant remember the name.

and after epilating ( face particularly) how do you calm the skin?

Yes - the one I have has ceramic disks, a cooling unit you chill and snap on and a massager thing. It is awesome !!!! After I would use a paper towel soaked with cool water - and then some aloe. If it is hurting your face the metal disks may be dull - happened to mine.
