Epilator on Facial Hair?

I need a little more clarification on using an epilator on facial hair. I saw on a Norelco epilator that you're not supposed to use it on your face. Can you? Do you? If so, how do you do it?

I use my epilator on my facial hair. I have to Braun Silk-Epil. I hold the skin tightly with one hand when I use it in order to prevent it from pinching my skin. I use it on my upper lip and my chin. Hope this helps.
