I read it in two days. I gave DH lots to thnk about too. It helped him understand better what was going on. Alethea

I'd really like to get my hands on the Diet Book. So I'm keeping my eye out for it. Thank you for all the suggestions. I'm on the search for all of these books ![]() |

It's a good book and easy to understand. Some other books I've purchased and read are Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler. This book explains on what you can do to help chart your cycles and gives ways of knowing if you're ovulating or not. It's got lots of information in it. Also is The Infertility Survival Handbook by Elizabeth Swire Falker. This book is great for those just starting in the ttc department and have been told they have infertility problems. It explains all options and procedures in detail, so you know exactly what is involved with IVF, IUI, etc. And lastly for Christian cysters the book The Infertility Companion helps you deal with facing infertility and dealing with your emotions while at the same time keeping it at a biblical and spiritual level. I'll have to get back with you on the author. But I was able to purchase it at Barnes and Noble. I've found all these books to be helpful. Happy reading!

I'm very lucky that our local library carries all these books.

I just recently purchased this book from amazon.com and found they had several of the books listed along with a few others. I also purchased "A Patient's Guide to Living with PCOS" although have not started reading it yet but thumbing through the pages looks like it has a wealth of information in it. |

So my question is: Now that it's 3/2008 what books would you suggest? I just wonder if the older books would be to out of date by now. Thanks

When they arrived he went to get them out for me and 4 of the first 5 that had arrived had already been taken out and people also had them on hold! I didn't realise there were so many people in my town with PCOS but they must be out there somewhere! lol
