Have you checked with your local library? Even if they don't have it, they may be able to locate copies in other branches with whom they have agreements.

My Dietitian told me to try The Dietitian's Guide to Polycystic Ovary Syndrome by Angela Grassi. I'm still waiting for it to come in so if anyone has any information on that book... cause I'd love to hear that I didn't waste $55 on a bad book.
