You can look up and read the abstracts of most studies for free at PubMed. they always list the contact information of the lead researchers. If the full study isn't available for free, typically the researcher will send you the PDF for free if you shoot them a quick email.

The book listed in this thread is a download. It's available at the link in the op. The benefit of it is that it has gone through the volumes of pcos research, and organized the better and most relevant studies into categories.

Unlike most books in the bookstore (that cannot be updated), the guide posted in the OP is updated quarterly with the new research.

There is an international PCOS physician directory with contact information that can be used by you or your doctor if there are questions about a study.

In the years since I've been diagnosed, everytime I've emailed a doctor with a quick and concise question about pcos, they have responded.

I think that I will be ordering the book after my next payday. I am looking for answers in one spot versus 10 and not everyone agrees (other then this fantastic site!!!)
