I'm going to start taking Vitex today (if it came in the mail) and I started taking Estroven last night (has soy isoflavin, calcium and folic acid in it). I sure hope this combo works for me. I'll try to keep you all updated.

I have been reading all post on Vitex tonight and came across yours. How is it working for you? I am hoping to start Vitex in the morning. When do you take yours? Thanks!

I hope I find out the results of the Vitex soon. I am on CD 28..so time will soon tell. I am hoping either: 1) I got pregnant this month....or 2) I start AF on my own.

Vitex hasn't given me any side affects or anything. So that's good.
I take two in the morning and two before I go to bed at night. I am going to stop taking it for the next few days though because it's not good to take it when pregnant and I don't want to risk anything in case I am. If AF starts then I'll begin again and also will take the Estroven cd 3-7.
