Default Evening Primose tea

Hello, has anyone heard of Evening Primose tea made by Tetley? I was at the grocery store today when I saw it. I wonder would it have the same effects as EPO. I can't take EPO because I know you have to take it until you O and I am not sure when that happens for me. Any insight on this would be greatly appreciated.

Hey there,
Unfortunately I don't know anything about the tea, but I wanted to ask you why you only take epo until you O. I take evening primrose throughout my cycle, that is what I have read (from numerous sources)is recommended and I have never heard of stopping it after you O. why would you do that?

I wanted to take it to try to increase CM. I have read on different message boards that you should only take it from AF to O because it can cause uterine contractions.
