evening primrose and fish oil for hair loss

Hey, I am currently on fish oil b/c of high cholestrol. I heard evening primrose could help with hair loss and help with O. Is this true? My question is can I take fish oil and evening primrose at the same time. They both have omega 3 oils i think and i dont want to take to much of it.

I take them both and have been for a few years. I don't think too much of a good thing can harm you.

I had balding at my temples and I began taking EPO and eating ground flax seeds which led to regrowth of my hair.

so yes, it does work.

I think fish oil is a more potent product than EPO but you should make sure that it is purified because of all of the impurities and chemicals in ocean water these days.

Also fish oil is supposed to reverse insulin resistance (clear up acanthosis nigricans, etc) and chronic inflammation which is associated with obesity so it's really a wonderful thing to be taking and something which I will start taking soon.
