Evening Primrose Oil Was wondering if anyone knew how much you could safely take of this daily! I know most I see in stores is 500mg or a 1000mg.

The one I have from Holland and Barrett says to take up to 3 1,000mg tablets daily... I have no idea what the recommended amount is.

I think they have a sale on at the moment too - Skin Hair and Nails tablets have 70% off.

But now it's changed to 1000mg x twice day.
