Does anyone have any good info on Evening Primrose Oil? Does it increase cervical mucus?

After my D&E, I did not have EWCM for a few cycles... then started EPO on a CD1 (3g per day) and had EWCM that cycle! My FF charts are linked below. I believe it's recommended to only take in the Pre-Ov period as it can cause uterine contractions, so during 2WW, EPO should be avoided to ensure you don't m/c. HTH Dianna

I bought a bottle with EPO capsules (Arkocaps) but the instruction says I should take it for ten days in the second half of my cycle. But whenever I read about it on the board or other websites everybody says you should take it in between menstruation and ovulation.
