Lightbulb Evening Primrose vs Flax Seed Oil?

I need some input from cysters that have used either Evening Primrose or Flax Seed Oil.

I'm primarily interested in the possibility of healing my eczema. I made a list of all of the other therapies I hadn't tried yet and my doctor prescribed me the strongest corticosteroid on the market which help control a bit but as soon as I stopped using it (you can only use it short term) it came back worse than ever.

I'm not opposed to the other positives that the two oils may have. I've read that EPO can increase EWCM but shouldn't be taken after O as it can cause contractions? This would defeat the purpose of taking it for the eczema. Has anyone taken Flax Seed Oil for skin conditions?

Smile Evening Primrose vs. Flax seed

I have been taking Evening Primrose oil pills for the last 2 1/2 months with absolutely no improvement in my eczema. I too have been put on steroids for my eczema and it came back worse than ever before I even finished taking it. I am now inquiring ground Flax Seed into my diet. Using Flax seed oil can have negative side effects so using the ground Flax Seed is a better option. Not only should it help with the eczema but it also improves other parts of your health.
