Ever experience weird movements down in the uterine/ovarian area
I know this might sound odd, but has anyone ever experienced movement like feelings in the uterine area. The best way to describe it is it feels like when I was pregnant and the baby was kicking. I highly doubt I'm pregnant, especially since I had my period last month (it was early) and even if I did get pregnant between then and now (due to get my period any minute now), the baby would be way too small for me to feel kicking. I'm wondering if maybe there are muscle spasms of the uterus or maybe am I feeling a large ovarian cyst move? It's been happening daily, but not constantly. It's not painful and certainly doesn't feel like gas (I often experience all of my gas pains n my chest and upper abdomen, and those hurt like crazy). This is different, weird, but something I could tolerate, I guess. Anyone experience this or have a clue as to what it might be?
I have that same weird feeling but I don't know what it is, I always was told it was gas . . . but that is not what it feels like . . . it feels like baby kicking or turning; definitely odd . . . hope you find out what it is, I would love to know.

I know exactly what your talking about. Ive had it all day today!! Some days it wont happen, then some it will. It feels like a muscle twitch or something.... like spasms. Its totally painless..but strange. I always thought it was from being cut open when i had my ovary taken out, cuz they cut me hip to hip, but maybe not?? hmm.... i wana know lol

Sure, They are phantom kicks it happens to me too. Only after the birth of my baby. Kindda weird!
Me too! It's so weird! The only thing I could figure is that it's gas, and I never noticed until after I was pregnant that it feels so similar to a baby's kicks.

I'm glad to know others have experienced these weird movements as well. I at first chalked it up to phantom baby kicks, but it's been quite a while since my last pregnancy (my youngest is nearly 3) and these "spasms" or whatever they are started happening a week or so ago. I've also noticed that my period is coming earlier each month, which is rare for me. I feel like I'm going to get it any minute now and if so, I'll be a week early . Last month I was a week early, so if I get my period in the next day or two, it will be like 2 weeks early since it will be a week early as compared to last month and not my regular cycle. I wonder if there is a connection between the early periods and the spasms are connected, and what it all is??? What I don't get is that I recently lost alot of weight (still not at my goal yet) so aren't my symptoms supposed to decrease, and cycles get more regular as opposed to the weird things I'm experiencing. I'm confused!!!
I have had the same sensation!! I only noticed mine after having my daughter, but I've always thought it was my bowels. It's kind of like when your baby first starts to kick and you're not sure if that's what you felt or not until it's over.
yep same thing here, i skipped a period then had a late one while feeling these so i did a preg test but it was a BFN they feel exactly like a baby rolling over and the spasms you can see are freaky coz they look like a baby kicking too! and again i only started to notice them after my son was born.
Have a great day
Mel
I get them every now and then. It feels like a light flutter. I've never felt a baby kicking so I can't compare but I imagine it would feel very similar.
