...When you feel like your "supposedly under control" depression creeps back in for no apparent reason?
I am having one of those days...you know- feeling fat, hairy and useless. Some days the combo of PCOS and depression feels overwhelming and hard to handle.
I now it will pass, things like this usually do, I just wanted to vent a bit and get it out.

((((((((HUGS))))))))) to you.....I don't have experience with depression, but I do know what fat & hairy days are like. Unfortunately I have more of those than I care to share.

I too have never suffered from depression, but my sister has and I know what it can do to your life, especially when you have no one there for you. But you do, you have great friends, a wonderful husband, family, and the 3 of us (you know who we are) who will always be here for you anytime you want to talk or vent or scream....you know my number!
I hope that you will be able to cope with these feelings in a healthy way and understand that you are not alone, we all have these feelings and we all deal with them differently...no one is right or wrong in how they deal with them.
