Chula- I used to hear radio ads for this clinic when I lived in DC last year. I heard good thing about them and believe other IVF clinics may be doing similar shared risk programs too.

Ended our TTC journey 12/10/09. It's liberating to be on this side of the fence

Chula, I have never seen this particular ad, but there is another in Chicago that offers this. Some things that were conditions of the one in Chicago was that you had to be a healthy BMI, couldn't use your own eggs over the age of 40, can't have insurance that pays for anything, and still have to pay for the cost of medications (which were not refundable).

I really wish places like that would actually post their eligibility requirements. I don't want to waste my time contacting someplace if I don't qualify. But hopefully it is helpful to someone.
I am a Shady Grove patient and I like them. I am thinking about doing their shared risk in January. I have more details about it at home, so I can post the eligibility later. I don't think they have a BMI cut off, and I think you have to be 39 or younger to use your own eggs. I can't recall the age for using donor eggs. The thing I like about the Shady Grove shared risk is that you can stop at any time, after one cycle and get your money back or after 6 cycles and get your money back.
