Question Ever Try Acne Products on HS?

Taking antibiotics has not really helped me. I have been applying the Proactive lotion to my underarms for a few weeks and haven't seen any new boils. The old ones are still there though.
Has anyone tried acne products for this or are the boils to far under the skin for the medicine to reach?
Thanks,
Pen

welcome to sc sorry that you have hs , too. Isnt it horrible?? ive never put acne meds on mine. But recently, ive been drinking 4 cups of green tea a day, and a cup of ginger tea. And redbush tea - and my hs seems a bit better. Got recommended by a cyster. Also ive been using milk and honey body wash, too.

hi when I was young I had a really deep and big boil and my Dr told me to try sometihing called boil ease. Do know if they still sell it but it work like a charm and I didnt need to go in and have it drained. I did get left with a scar but like I said it was pretty big. Ask your pharm if they have that or something like it
