Rainy yesterday, dull but not bad today. I was driving on Friday though and the gusts of wind were so hard I thought I'd had a puncture and lost the steering.

It is the wind here what is causing the most trouble! A tree branch blew off and smashed out the back window to our car. The really annoying thing was that it is a car he took off the road ages ago to sell. But, never got around to doing it yet. So, of course it is not insured!!! You will not believe how much Autoglass wanted to charge????? £563!!! The car is worth maybe £600-£700!! So, we are trying to find one from a breaker yard! But, so irritating!!

It's really cold and frosty here with, i can cope with that, really don't want snow

It was snowing when i was driving through saddleworth on Saturday, and the rain and wind coming back added an hr on to my journey. I was so happy when i got home and tucked up in bed

Am sick of the leaves as well! Like an idiot, I didn't finish sweeping them up when it was dry and so now we're hefting barrowloads of wet leaves. Not fun! My 5 year old likes 'helping' which is something! At least one of them likes gardening!

Yeah the council cleaned up the side of my house today, a piece of land I have been asking them to clean up since I got the keys to this place 16 weeks ago! Finally it's been done and they have cleaned up loads of loose leaves as well!
