I know I look and feel better when I do more strength training.
I just couldn't get over the ten pound weight gain.(but I was two sizes smaller!)
I need to add it back into my routine. I just have become addicted to the cardio.
I am going to focus more on the strength training this coming year. Thanks for the picture! What a great reminder
I know, I ditched the weight training for the cardio too lol. I really do need to get back into it.

I just had the pleasure of "fondling" one of those fat blobs in a wellness program at my job. It's really big, and it's hard to believe I have about 100 of those blobs to lose!

Hmm it's about the length of a small water bottle...like a .5L one (I'm thinking Deer Park off the top of my head). The width is bigger than a water bottle though. Yes I think the pound of butter size is an accurate description.
You can donate it to me. I am seriously lacking in the butt department. I have many pounds of butter in my belly. Ha!
Me too, I've never had much junk in the trunk- even at 245 it wasn't there. WHen I was down to 155, it was totally gone!

It really is shocking the difference. I had the pleasure of seeing and touching one in person as well, and it is hard to believe that I have 36 of those that I want to lose! They were actally much bigger than I expected them to be.

I stopped working out cause I got soooo busy around Christmas time and haven't started back up since. I feel like jelly and my little belly roll is back. It used to be flat. I lost 60 lbs easy but am finding the 40 that's left is the hardest. I feel kinda grossed out knowing there's alot of that inside me. Seeing that fat is a great motivator.
