For those of you who have had laser treatment - have you noticed a lot of regrowth. I am wondering how effective the treatment is and how long it lasts?
Thanks

It is supposed to be permanent. You will need several treatments to take care of all the hair. Laser can only be successful if your androgens are within normal ranges though, otherwise those will continue to turn vellus hair into terminal hair.
Very informative and well written. Really sums up well what other sites say.
Still a question- I've read both that one should start something like laser treatment or electrolosis 6 months after starting to take an androgen blocking medicine. Other sites say to go ahead and do the laser or other type of treatment while taking the medicine- even from the beginning. Any thoughts?
Okay Ladies, Has anyone found a treatment that works. I have been looking for years and nothing. So I pluck with tweezer, a little painful from time to time, but effective.
My doctor actually gave me a copy of this pamphlet when I first started having my laser treatments. (In NH only Dr's can do laser treatments...we live in Gustapo Land!!(
Thanks for posting it Kat. I know it's going to help alot of women that read it.
